**Please note: we do NOT have dedicated customer service staff. All our employees are working hands on with multiple dogs all day long, so please expect a delay in the return of phone calls. We do our best to be timely, but with a job that requires 24 hour a day dedication we might not be in a position to answer your call or respond during regular business hours.
