Here at SFK9 Dog Training, LLC we do NOT have dedicated customer service staff. All our employees are working hands on with multiple dogs all day long, so please expect a delay in the return of phone calls. We do our best to be timely, but with a job that requires 24 hour a day dedication we might not be in a position to answer your call or respond during regular business hours. Reaching us by email or through our facebook page so we can respond at odd hours when the dogs are sleeping is the most efficient way to reach us. Thanks in advance for understanding!
